Patent technology evaluation should include patent due diligence, patent technicality (validity) investigation, patent commercialization determination and patent competitive technology analysis. For individual case, these procedures do not restrict patent attorneys from adding additional operating procedures, but all procedures should be clearly recorded in the evaluation report.
